STEP 1 - Purchase a utility shelf from Target type store.

STEP 2 - Buy peg board from Home Depot or Lowe's and cut to fit utility rack. Get creative and paint the peg board to whatever you would like. Attach the peg board with plastic ties. Purchase peg board hooks (approx $1.25 for the long ones) and place on board.
STEP 3 -- YOUR DONE!!! How easy is that.
